Gluten-Free Ingredients and Raw Materials

In Europe since 1 January 2012, food ingredients and products containing less than 20 mg/kg (20 ppm) are considered to be "gluten-free".

Based on corn, rice and pulses (chickpeas, etc.), Limagrain Ingredients has developed a range of gluten-free solutions, which are easily identifiable by our "gluten-free" icon. These solutions are used as raw materials in bread-making, pastries and pasta, authentic and functional texture ingredients in meat products, and soluble flours for inclusion in drinks.
