Flours for change reflect Limagrain Ingredients’ concrete commitment to agroecological transition. They are made from wheat grown in the Limagne plain in Auvergne (center of France), with no post-harvest treatment, and processed in our mill located just a few kilometers from the fields.

Produced using regenerative and responsible farming practices, Flours for change are based on a model that:

- Promotes carbon storage in soils,

- Contributes to biodiversity preservation,

- And ensures better remuneration for Limagrain Cooperative farmers engaged in the transition.
